FAQ
1) Temperature Recorder damage
Electronic temperature recorder tend to be damaged by manual move of Recorder Pen.
Excessive power to pen by hand sometimes results in broken of wheel For Servo mechanism. Then Recorder pen can not be move properly.
This damage is not under warranty even unit is under warranty period.

2) Replacement of Scroll compressor
Drain excessive L.O. from new compressor after replacement is must. Detailed procedure are described in Operation Manual of LXE10E-A.

3) Replacement of Controller or CPU board
Initial setting are must when you replace controller or CPU board.
Detaild procedures are
  1. Whole initial setting procedures are required on 4-3 of Service Manual for LXE10E-A
  2. Input Container No.and Time Setting on same page.
  3. Input Setting Temperature and Defrost Interval.
  4. Install the latest software in controller.
    Note: The latest software can be downloaded from this web site.

4) Damaged Parts
An investigation of dameged parts and an analysis of operational data are necessary for both the consideration of failure prevention countermeasures and the development of new models. If so requested by Daikin, please send defective parts with the container No. to the addresses below.
